Our Canadian foundation is designed in a modular structure. The modular structure allows you to study a few modules at a time, with assessments throughout and at the end of each module. With its emphasis on helping our students to develop strong academic and English language skills, our Foundation programme is a great alternative to A Levels and US high school systems. No SAT or ACT are needed.

The Accelerated Foundation is designed to develop skills in economics, accounting, finance and management. This foundation will benefit you from studying at our Istanbul location with full access to UK, Canadian and US Universities and colleges.
Where will this Foundation lead to?
Students studying our Accelerated Foundation programme will receive a letter of conditional progression* from the University of Sunderland, highlighting your progression opportunities for specific degrees, when you receive your Mericler’s offer letter. The foundation program in Business will guarantee conditional offers from various Canadian and US Universities.
Our Accelerated Foundation comprises of core modules, which are studied by all Foundation students, as well as additional modules tailored for Business and Management students. The core Foundation modules focus on developing academic and English language skills.
Our Business Foundation students have gone to university to study business management, finance, supply chain management, investment, marketing into various prestigious UK, Canadian and US Universities and colleges.

Engineering Foundation
Studying Engineering at Mericler
Our Engineering Foundation will prepare you to study a range of undergraduate degrees in areas such as mechanical, mechatronics, computer science, electrical, biomedical and aerospace engineering. You can study our Engineering Foundation at our Mericler campus, offering you a vibrant and dynamic place to explore your ideas and study.

Our Engineering Foundation students have gone to university to study Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Computer Engineering and Civil Engineering into various prestigious UK, Canadian and US Universities and colleges.
